When is check-in/ check-out?
Your check-in + out times may vary due to your location and various factors, but you can expect to check-in no later than 4pm & check-out is by 10am.
We set up and tear down between 10am - 4pm and we will send you a text the day of your booking with an Estimated Time of Arrival.

Can I reserve multiple tents?
Yes, depending on availability.
All décor linens are washed & sanitized between each guest.
Hard surfaces are disinfected.
Rugs & non-washable fabrics are sprayed with natural oils with disinfecting qualities.
Finally, our team ensures a distanced drop off & pick up.
Can we bring our pets?
We are pet friendly, however your pets must be very well behaved. if your pets like to chase wildlife, the bell tent will NOT contain them in the tents. Pets should never be left unattended in the tent. With that said, any damages due to pet or human alike, are subject to damage charges.
The pet fee is $20 for the first pet and $30 for the second.
Max is 2 pets.

How does bedding work?
For both our outdoor glamping and indoor glamping experience, we provide a standard bed sheet, pillows, and light décor blanket for each bed.
How much space do I need for indoor glamping?
Depending on how many tents you reserve -each tent is about 3.5ft wide by 7ft long. Please clear and clean the space prior to our arrival
How much space do I need for the outdoor tent?
For our standard tent, we need at least 18x18ft of grass/dirt for the tent and an additional 3ft around the base for support ropes.
How does the in-tent theater experience work?
Our theater comes with a 50inch screen and wireless projector that connects to your home wi-fi to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. You can also connect to a computer with the included HDMI to show content from your own device.
How does the outdoor theater experience work?
Our outdoor theater comes with a 12ft inflatable screen and a wireless projector and that connects to your home wi-fi to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc.
You can also connect to a computer with the included HDMI to show content from your own device.
In the event that weather is not cooperating for this add-on, you won't be charged for this feature.
We think this goes without saying... but we will say it.
Do your best to keep the tent zipped at all times to eliminate bugs from entering the tent. There is mesh screening that provides natural air flow, as well at this being a very breathable canvas tent.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Life happens, plans change. We totally get it! We want you to have the best time as possible, so we don't like charging fees.
If your plans change and you wish to cancel for any reason at all, contact us no later than 14 days of your booking date to receive a full refund.
There are no refunds for any cancellation less than 14 days before the booking date, however the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.
What if severe weather is expected?
The canvas is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up your glamping experience as normal; we will not accept cancellations for rain.
In the event that severe wind or lightning is predicted, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund. We don't want to risk putting any of our guests in danger or damage our tents.

Delivery & set up is included for locations within our service area.
