Things To Remember..
Rental items will be examined after supplies are returned to Glamping WNY.
If damage occurred, Glamping WNY will charge the cost of replacement or labor needed to fix the damage.

Food & BeverageTo avoid accidental spills and or damage, we advise against eating/ drinking in the tent area. We ask only light snacks to be eaten inside tents and on beds, linens, and rugs (i.e. popcorn, pretzels), and all beverages should be light- colored or clear.

Smoke FreeThere is NO smoking allowed in any form. All parties must be set up in a smoke-free environment. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if supplies are soiled with the smell of smoke.

We love pets, but.. We strongly discourage pets in or directly around the party setup area. Customers assume all responsibility for damages caused to our supplies.
